A year ago, or maybe two years ago, I used to eat so unhealthy, I didn't to any sport and the only time I drank water was at night. I know, most of the time, when people think of vegetarians, they think we all eat healthy. But since my parents made me live too healthy when I was a child, as soon as I had my own money, it all went to hell.
But after a couple of years of living really, really unhealthy, I started feeling as if my body was much older than it really was and every bit of sport I tried to do was so hard for me. Oh and not to forget the partying. That's also something that destroyed me.
So a couple of weeks ago, I started trying to live healthier - lots of fruit & vegetables, whole grains and - even though I have to fight with myself - to drink some more water. I also started working out again and stopped partying that much.
The result: I feel so much better!
