I don't know about you, but in my opinion, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Unfortunately, even though this is something I know and think, I don't take my own advice and I don't really eat breakfast that much. I try, I do! I just don't always find the time - or the proper breakfast ingredients.
Every time I tell myself that I'm gonna eat breakfast, I stick for it for a couple of days, but not more. Why? Well, I wasn't really brought up the "breakfast-way". In kindergarden, I hated the food they were giving us, so I always had my cornflakes before - in the car. Then later - elementary school - I didn't eat any breakfast at all as far as I can remember. And high school, well, I always woke up 15 minutes before it was time to leave, so no time left for damn breakfast.So I guess this kind of answers one of the questions I ask myself very often: what's more important to me? Sleep, or food?
